Return & Refund Policy

At HideNiche, every product is crafted with precision, passion, and purpose. We take great pride in the quality of our leather goods and wish for you to love your purchase as much as we loved creating it.

If, however, you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to make things right.

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for domestic orders. Please note that returns are not accepted for international shipments.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original condition, unused and unworn
  • Accompanied by original tags and packaging
  • Supported by the receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, kindly contact our support team at support@hideniche.com or submit your request through our Return Request Page.
Once your request is approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup for your convenience. Please note, returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

An unboxing video is mandatory to initiate a refund or replacement for cases involving wrong products or empty package delivery.

Damages & Concerns

We take quality control seriously. Should your order arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon delivery at support@hideniche.com. Our team will promptly evaluate the issue and ensure a swift resolution.
(Please note: an unboxing video is required to process claims related to damaged or incorrect deliveries.)

Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Personal-use items such as masks or diaries
  • Gift cards

If you have any doubts regarding the eligibility of your product, we encourage you to reach out to us before initiating a return.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, simply process a return first. Once the return is accepted, we’ll dispatch your replacement item.
If the new product is priced higher, you’ll be required to pay the difference. For lower-priced exchanges, the balance will be refunded.
Please note that exchanges are not available for international orders.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount in your account.
